According to Gartner, Optimove “enables data-centric, high-frequency marketing programs, with data management and AI to deliver top-tier personalization.”

Highest in Execution, Furthest in Vision

In the Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs, Optimove was positioned the highest in execution and furthest in vision among Challengers. It marked the fourth time that Optimove was recognized as a Challenger.

Gartner reported, “The critical characteristic of Challengers is that they have capable, proven and mature products, with numerous live customers, with an overall solid and well-recognized position in the marketplace,” the report states.

Gartner noted that Optimove is a “Customer-Led Marketing Platform [that] embeds an integrated CDP, centralized profile management, analytics and segmentation, journey and campaign orchestration, and channel execution.”

Recognized for Orchestration, UX and Analytics

Gartner recognized Optimove’s Multichannel Marketing Hub for:

  • Prescriptive prioritization – The report highlighted Optimove’s ability to set manual or automated prioritization and exclusion criteria for each campaign through AI-based smart orchestration capabilities that manage journey eligibility. With AI tools that personalize customer journeys and experiences like none other, brands using Optimove always send the best campaign, treatment, and content for each individual customer, at scale.
  • User experience – Optimove’s UX/UI improvements, the report states, include a streamlined navigation bar and Mission Control dashboard to view and act on AI-assisted recommendations within the Mission Control UI. Optimove customers, via the Gartner Peer Insights platform, cite its user-friendly interface and UX/UI that help easily identify opportunities and issues.
  • Analytics and AI support – the report underlined our Mission Control tools and AI assistant Optibot which aim to help marketers remain proactive and agile through predictive and prescriptive analytics that improve personalization, journey orchestration and real-time decisions. For example, Optimove’s predictive analytics provide marketing teams with insights across the customer lifecycle with metrics such as propensity to convert, become a top spender, churn, and reactivate.

“At Optimove, we firmly believe that deep customer engagement and loyalty flourish when marketing initiatives start with the customer instead of campaigns or products,” said Pini Yakuel, CEO and Founder of Optimove. “Our Customer-Led Marketing Platform, fueled by rich historical, real-time, and predictive customer data, along with AI-led multichannel journey orchestration and statistically credible multitouch attribution, empowers marketers to maximize customer lifetime value and strengthen relationships.”

The report comes on the heels of Forrester’s Optimove’s Total Economic Impact which estimated the Optimove ROI for brands at 578% underscoring Optimove’s campaign and reporting efficiency, customer retention and customer order value enhancement capabilities.
