Jodie Clough talks slow and sustainable living on The Complaining Cow Consumer Show
In 2016 Jodie was diagnosed with anxiety and depression following a family tragedy. She was prescribed medications and had counselling but needed something she could focus on daily to make herself feel better. While scrolling through “Dr Google” she came across the concept of slow and sustainable living. She believed she could make it fit easily into her life without being overwhelming. Over time she started to feel so much better with small changes. She has gone from self harming and suicidal thoughts to dedicating her life to sharing her story and inspiring others
Jodie now sends subscription boxes of sustainable products and lifestyle swaps to encourage small regular changes without overwhelm and encourage slow and sustainable living. She runs workshops making cleaning products with people who have dementia and attending local schools with activities.
