We released a new integration for businesses using LightSpeed Retail. The Integration has been enhanced to update a Custom Field in LightSpeed to store and display a customer’s point balance in the LightSpeed interface. We added this integration to streamline the workflow for staff members so they can inform customers of their point balance without having to navigate to Perkville.

To activate this feature, create a custom field in LightSpeed Retail with a default value that we recommend is zero. Read this help article to find out how to create this field.. Then contact support@perkville.com and we will complete the remaining steps for you.
