Whether you’ve just launched your Perkville program or are a long-time #PoweredbyPerkville partner, getting the word out about your customer rewards program is the key to keeping your customers, students or members engaged and earning points.
We wanted to make it easier for you to do just that.
Using Canva – an online graphic design tool that allows you to create posters, social media posts, newsletter templates and more – we created a handful of visuals that you can add to your email marketing campaigns, social media or directly at your location to spread the word about your rewards program.
Check out Canva any time you need to whip up a graphic or put together a flyer to announce an event at your business.
Email is often the best way to reach as many of your members as possible. Perkville already sends invitations to your customers when they earn points for the first time, and adding an announcement to your newsletter is incredibly helpful for reminding them about the program.
Gyms can also benefit from having banners throughout their club, announcing the program itself plus any earning activities that members can complete while in the gym (booking a PT session, checking in and more).
Yoga and pilates studios can best announce their programs at the front desk (more on that below) and in their email newsletters. Tie this email header in with a story of one of your students using Perkville points to take a workshop or try that new class they’ve been wanting to take.
Retail shops, cafes and restaurants often have more website and social media activity than email activity. Plug in a banner on your website or post an announcement on social to help tout the benefits of your rewards program to current and prospective customers.
Another way to announce your Perkville rewards program (or just to remind people that they could be earning!) is to put up a flyer or poster directly into your business. Whether you have a community announcement board or a front desk with takeaways, getting eyes on your rewards program while people are there is the best way to get them earning points quickly.
