Welcome to another blog post presenting a new learning asset created for the SAP Customer Experience Solutions portfolio. This time is a brand new series of four Live Sessions: Meet SAP Customer Experience Solutions.

Background Context


Beginning with SAP Customer Experience Solutions can be tough if you don't know the differences between the members of our CX Portfolio and also sometimes is hard due to the diligent rebranding for theirs product members  (for example what's happened with hybris -> Hybris- > Commerce Cloud ... ;)). In addition to these branding difficulties, there are tons of concepts and features within SAP Customer Experience Solutions which sometimes are not well known out there. Last but not the least, how can you integrate or extend all those features in a SAP CX project? How to learn and enable yourself about them? if you recognise yourself in the previous lines... Why not spending some time ito get a head start with them or just sorting and arranging the knowledge you already have already if you are a current user for some of our solutions.

What is it about?


By attending this series from 20th to 23th of November 2023, split into 4 days of 2 hours each, you can get to know all the different SAP Customer Experience solutions: SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement, and SAP Customer Data solutions. You'll learn about their major features, use cases, and business benefits, as well as learning and enablement options.You can also discover the different approaches to integrate them together and with back-end systems from SAP (such as the SAP ERP application, the SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA). Finally, you’ll hear about the extensibility models available to implement your custom business requirements. I'll be you host during these sessions presenting all the topics and lots of demos for you during an intense week.

Who is it for?


These live sessions have been created for people who need to learn about SAP Customer Experience Solutions portfolio. Business Users, ConsultantsDevelopers, Administrators and Architects are the targeted roles.

What does it offer?


These four 120 minute live sessions, presented by me, are a webinar delivered via SAP live class (e.g. zoom), that will consists in explanations but most important also lots of demonstrations on these topics:

Day 1

  • Introduction to SAP Customer Experience Solutions and Lead to Cash

  • SAP Customer Data Essentials


Day 2

  • Outlining SAP Sales Cloud

  • Edging SAP Service Cloud


Day 3

  • SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement

  • SAP Commerce Cloud Overview


Day 4

  • Primer to SAP Customer Experience Integration options

  • SAP Customer Experience Extensibility alternatives


How can you book it?


These four live sessions are bookable from SAP Learning, our new learning platform in SAP. You will need to have registered user with access to the platform there, register to the whole series and you'll receive individual invitations for each event. This session series will be offered only once per semester during 2023 and 2024.
