Finally, a book has been written to help anyone aspiring to become a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP)! I wish I could claim the credit for such an important milestone for the fledgling, global, professional qualification….. but I cannot! Thankfully, a friend and mentee of mine, Michael Bartlett, has done the hard work for the CX community.
Michael’s excellent guide to CCXP Exam Preparation, is a ‘must buy’ for anyone preparing to take the exam. Not only does the book contain example questions, supported by detailed answers, it has been produced in the spirit of the CX profession – not with the explicit intention of making money! Michael’s intention is that all profits from the book will be paid to a small number of animal charities, shelters and foster networks; all have been personally vetted by Michael himself. It is also important to point out that Michael himself has been through the CCXP process – he knows how it feels to go through it!
The official description of the book is as follows:
The Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) is one of the most dynamic and exciting new certifications available for customer centric professionals. Michael G. Bartlett is a Customer Experience (CX) professional who holds both the CCXP and PMP certifications and has over 15 years of experience working for customers across multiple sectors including finance, government, space, energy and healthcare. In this book, he distills his knowledge of the CX discipline into 18 easy-to-understand principles which translate directly to the questions in the CCXP exam. He also presents 40 mock questions with detailed explanations to help you get into the correct mindset required to pass on your first attempt.
