For this post, I'm going to present a new learning project where many people form our SAP Customer Experience Product Learning team have been working during last months and specially during this last quarter. Some of our portfolio managers, subject matter experts, and even our manager have working on creating a brand new openSAP course about the whole SAP CX portfolio. We lacked a cross solution learning asset (and it won't be the last one we'll create). So, on behalf of the whole SAP Customer Experience Product Learning team, I'm announcing the release of this new openSAP course – Reimagine the Customer Journey with SAP Customer Experience Solutions. Let me go over some details:
Reimagine the Customer Journey with SAP Customer Experience Solutions
This course will be available for free on openSAP educational platform open.sap.com from November 21 to December 20 this year 2023 but you can enroll right now. Following the course takes about two hours and you'll be guided by SAP CX product learning experts over 8 units covering firstly the Lead to Cash business process, later focusing on each one of the SAP Customer Experience Solutions: SAP Customer Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement and finally a primer for integration topics. By the end of this course, you’ll understand how to support and implement the customer journey using our CX cloud offering.
