ModSquad Wins Stevie for the Best Customer Engagement Initiative

This year at the 17th annual Stevie Awards, we snagged the bronze award for helping VSCO deliver picture-perfect CX. We’re grateful to Stevie Awards for recognizing us with yet another accolade.

We won the bronze for the ‘Best Customer Engagement Initiative’ within the Sales and Customer Service category. We are honored to be singled out from over 2,300 applicants from across 51 countries.

This year’s Stevie resulted from our work with VSCO, a photo & video editing & sharing platform with a vibrant online community. With over 25 million creators on board, VSCO needed customer support that was cost-effective and flexible but that didn’t sacrifice quality. That’s where we came in. 

In addition to customer support, you’ll find the Mods providing content moderation and engaging the VSCO community on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Discord.
