  1. On point ideas! In the hugely competitive, internet-based world in which we conduct our business, it’s essential that companies deliver an exceptional customer experience. You can turn an engaged customer into a lifelong customer which drives revenue and helps you to grown your business. Keep sharing! 🙂

  2. Enabling customer reviews on the e-commerce website can have great results in customer engagement but its a double edge sword too. This is the basic human nature that people often write negative things but seldom praise in customer reviews. As a business owner its your responsibility to give customers a great experience and encourage them write about it in reviews section. In case if customer is not happy provide him as much support as needed via email, phone and or chat and try to resolve the issues before he decides to write about that on reviews.
